For lunch: Pita Pizza, glass of milk.

For dinner: White Trash Beef Stroganoff (ground beef, mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms and onions on boiled egg noodles.)

You’d think a toddler and an elderly person live here. Nope.

My mom used to make us a slightly more upscale version of White Trash Stroganoff, and it was my favorite childhood meal. Please understand that by “slightly more upscale” I mean she used stew beef instead, and added peas.
